About the event

Through a practical blend of yoga, mindfulness,  outdoor immersion, and group and solo reflection, participants will learn vital self-regulation techniques to manage stress and honor their physical and emotional needs with kindness. Each session combines movement, journaling, and group reflection to create a supportive space where kids can develop the tools they need to stay grounded, confident, and balanced in their daily lives.


What to expect:

  • Physical Movement: Weekly yoga to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. (accessible for all levels and abilities!)

  • Self-Regulation Tools: Practical mindfulness and breathing techniques to manage stress and anxiety.

  • Guided Journaling: Reflective prompts to help identify personal needs, wants, and boundaries.

  • Nature Immersion: Outdoor activities designed to ground the senses and foster a connection to the environment.
