Structural & Accessibility Work at JTL

Did you know that JTL's building is 200 years old? For two centuries, it has served our town as a place of learning and community, first as a school and now as a library. While the building is in wonderful shape for its age, we need to make critical structural repairs and accessibility upgrades to ensure that it can welcome Jericho residents for generations to come. Click here to read our Question & Answer sheet about the project.

The library will close early on Saturday, 3/14, at 1pm so that library staff can set up for our afternoon fundraiser with Siber sled Dogs at Smuggler's Notch.  Interested in joining us? Scroll down to learn more or purchase a ticket here.

The second floor will be closed for programs at the following times:

  • early release days, 1-2:30pm

  • second Tuesday of each month, 5:30-7pm for Board meetings (the public is welcome to attend these meetings, but the play space will be closed for the duration)
