Do you love libraries, literature, or helping out with community events? If so, we'd love to have your help! We welcome volunteers for one-time events or for regular shifts. Possible volunteer tasks include:
working the circulation desk | delivering materials to patrons in our Home Delivery Service | planning and/or facilitating special programs/events at the library | outreach services to promote the library at other locations | managing social media | assisting with collection development | working one-on-one with patrons to offer specialized support or instruction | staffing the Makerspace | grant writing | tidying the space | gardening | and more

Monetary Donations
Unless otherwise specified, we are currently directing all monetary donations to our building project so that we can make critical structural repairs and accessibility upgrades. Read more about the project and donate digitally here. We also welcome checks made out to Jericho Town Library, PO Box 254, Jericho, VT, 05465. We are happy to provide our EIN, if that is helpful for tax purposes. Thank you!
Donations of Materials
If you would like to make a donation to support our collection or services, please consider using one of our registries:
Our Amazon Registry has a wide range of books, movies, office supplies, and programming materials.
Our Bookshop.org Registry also has a list of books we would like to add to the collection. Sales from this registry also benefit our local bookstore, Phoenix Books.
When making a purchase, please leave a note with your name, especially if you would like to be the first person to check something out. You can also donate in honor of a loved one for their birthday or a special event.
Donation of Other Materials
We also accept donations of a wide variety of items for patron check-out and for in-library use. You can use our online registry to find items we are currently looking for.
Additionally, we are happy to take certain used items you may wish to donate! Please contact our library director to determine if we are able to accept your items.
